| How
to Rent the Cabin: |
| Check
calendar
for availability. Contact Gary to reserve. |
| Mail
deposit of $200.00 or 20% of rent, whichever is greater. The
deposit is refunded two weeks after checkout subject to inspection
for cleaning and damage. Map and information will be sent
upon receipt of deposit. |
| Mail
payment for full amount of rent 30 days prior to check-in
date. Key will be sent upon receipt of rent payment. |
| Please
make checks payable to "Gary Tjader". Mail to 1383 Garthwick
Drive, Los Altos, CA 94024. |
| Cancellations:
Deposit and rent are refundable if another tenant is secured
for the same period, less $20.00 cancellation fee. 50% of rent and zero deposit are refundable
if a tenant is not secured for the same period. |
